You agree to use Lovable Bot’s services in a lawful, respectful, and ethical manner. You must not use our services to transmit harmful, illegal, abusive, or offensive content. Any attempts to disrupt, damage, or reverse-engineer our bots, website, or infrastructure are strictly prohibited. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you share through our platforms, including interactions via WhatsApp.
By engaging with our bots, you also agree to refrain from impersonating others, misrepresenting your identity, or misleading our systems in any form.
4. WhatsApp and Third-Party Platforms
When using Lovable Bot services through WhatsApp or other messaging platforms, you are also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of those platforms. We do not control how those platforms collect or manage your data. Our bots on WhatsApp are compliant with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy, and interactions may be logged for the sole purpose of improving user experience and delivering requested functionality.
Lovable Bot does not initiate messages to users unless they have explicitly opted in or have engaged with our services previously.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, code, branding, and functionality on Lovable Bot’s platforms — including bot logic, conversational design, graphical elements, and system architecture — are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Lovable Bot. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our services without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovable Bot disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services. You use our bots and website at your own risk. Under no circumstances shall Lovable Bot be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
We are not responsible for any decisions made based on interactions with our AI bots, and users are encouraged to verify any information independently.
